RS 38:2252 - Requests for bids and proposals to contain reference to preference All requests for bids and proposals for any purchase shall contain the words: 'Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies and provisions, produced, manufactured or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state'.
