RS 38:2296 - Definitions A. A 'closed specification' shall be a product specified to the exclusion of all other products of apparent equal quality and utility. B. 'Exclusive distribution' shall be the right to control, either by contract or practice, directly or indirectly, the distribution of a product in a particularly defined area to the exclusion of any other distributor.
