RS 38:2609 - Parks, playgrounds and picnic areas for use of district facilities The district shall have the authority to create, construct and administer such recreational parks, playgrounds and picnic areas as the board shall consider necessary for the use and enjoyment of any water facility owned or controlled by the district and shall provide adequate access to any lake or reservoir created by the district for the use of the public.
