RS 38:2756 - Officers; meetings; quorum The board shall elect from its own membership a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer. Four members of said board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and the meetings of the Board shall be held at such time and place as shall be fixed at the call of the chairman after due notice to the full membership.
