RS 38:2814 - Management of improvements The board of commissioners shall have the right to regulate the construction and use of all piers, docks, bridges and other improvements built or erected on any part of the district. The board of commissioners shall have the authority and power to regulate said improvements by the issuance of permits for same and fix a fee for the issuance of same.
