RS 38:2864 - Transfer of property The State Bond and Building Commission is hereby authorized and directed to transfer, convey and assign to the Claiborne Parish Watershed District all of the rights, titles and interest of the State Bond and Building Commission for the State of Louisiana in all fee titles, servitudes and flowage rights acquired as a part of the Lake Claiborne project.
