RS 38:3087.214 - Officers; meetings; quorum The commission shall elect from its own membership a chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer. Six members of said commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and the meetings of the commission shall be held at such time and place as shall be fixed at the call of the chairman after due notice to the full membership.
