RS 38:3087.78 - Dam maintenance and construction The Department of Transportation and Development shall maintain any existing dam and shall build and construct such other dams and works as may be necessary or beneficial to carry out the purposes of this Part and shall make such surveys and estimates as may be necessary therefor.
