RS 38:3087.84 - Tax exemption The lands which lie within and form the Caddo Lake proper shall not be subject to any ad valorem taxation or any other tax of any nature whatsoever by either the state of Louisiana or any of its political subdivisions, for so long as the said lands shall form and lie within the lake proper.
