RS 38:3087.85 - Contracts let by board A. Any and all contracts of the district shall be let by the board of commissioners under the provisions of the Public Bid Law, R.S. 38:2181 et seq. B. The board of commissioners, the Department of Transportation and Development, or both may execute any and all work with their own forces and equipment and under department or board supervision, or the work may be executed on behalf of and for the benefit of the district by the state of Louisiana, or any agency, or department thereof.
