RS 38:330.13 - Public contracts; Louisiana Initiative for Small Entrepreneurship The board of commissioners of the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East and Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-West Bank shall comply with the provisions of R.S. 39:2001 et seq., when advertising and letting public works contracts and procurement contracts.
