RS 38:334.3 - Revenue utilization; St. Mary Levee District Nothing shall prohibit the St. Mary Levee District from expending tax funds directly for projects to provide for hurricane protection, tidewater flooding, saltwater intrusion, and conservation within St. Mary Parish, or pledging such funds for the payment of principal or interest on any bonds or other debt instruments issued by the district.
