RS 38:367 - Procedure in general In cases to be tried by jury, six jurors summoned in accordance with law shall be chosen by lot to try the case. The method of calling and drawing by lot shall be at the discretion of the court. Acts 1985, No. 785, §1, eff. July 22, 1985.
