RS 38:373 - Challenging or excusing jurors after acceptance Although the entire jury has been accepted and sworn, up to the beginning of the taking of evidence, a juror may be challenged for cause by either side or be excused either for cause or by consent of both sides, and the panel shall be completed in the ordinary course.
