RS 38:413 - Service of process on watercraft The service of any and all judicial processes under the provisions of this Subpart upon any steamboat, vessel, or watercraft or the owners, masters, or persons in command thereof may be made on board upon the master, clerk, or mate of the boat, vessel, or other watercraft, or other person exercising the functions of these officers.
