RS 38:442 - Mandamus to compel action by authorities The performance of the duties imposed by this Subpart upon the boards and other officers of this state may be enforced by mandamus at the separate or joint suit of any holder or holders of the bonds in case of failure on the part of the boards to perform the duties.
