RS 38:460 - Enforcement of duties by mandamus The performance of the duties imposed by this Subpart upon the boards of commissioners of the levee districts and levee and drainage districts, and upon other officers of this state may be enforced by mandamus at the separate or joint suit of any holder or holders of any of the bonds issued hereunder in the event of the failure on the part of any board or officers to perform their duties.
