RS 38:5 - Cooperation with federal government in drainage and reclamation projects The Department of Public Works may also cooperate with the federal government or any federal agency, and may receive and expend grants of money by the federal government or any federal agency for the purpose, upon any terms and conditions prescribed by the Congress or any agency of the federal government under authority of the Congress, and to this end may contract for the acceptance of any grant of money upon the terms and conditions, including any requirement of matching the grants in whole or part, which may be necessary.
