RS 38:90.15 - Report of any misuse of funds Upon audit of the monies expended by any recipient authority for projects in the Statewide Flood Control Program, if the legislative auditor determines that all expenditures have not been made in accordance with this Chapter, he shall promptly report the facts of such expenditure to the Legislative Audit Advisory Council.
