RS 39:1109 - Issuing bonds; resolution After the avails or residue of the general alimony tax of the political subdivisions have been determined as herein provided, the governing authority of the subdivision shall, by resolution, irrevocably pledge and dedicate such residue, reduce to mills or fractions, to the payment of the principal and interest of the bonds authorized and issued.
