RS 39:1111 - Promulgation of resolution; registry and registration A certified copy of the resolution issuing the bonds and pledging and dedicating the avails and residue of the general alimony tax, shall be registered with the secretary of state and recorded in the mortgage records of the parish. The resolution shall also be published in one issue of a newspaper published in the political subdivision, or if there is no newspaper published therein, in a newspaper published in the parish; or, if there is no newspaper published in the parish, then by publication in a newspaper published in an adjoining parish and by posting in three public places in the political subdivision issuing the bonds.
