RS 39:1124 - No other statute applicable This Chapter shall, without reference to any act of the legislature of Louisiana, be full authority for the issuance and sale of the bonds in this Chapter authorized. No ordinance, resolution or proceeding in respect to the issuance of any bonds hereunder shall be necessary, except such as required by this Chapter. No promulgation or publication of any resolution, ordinance or proceeding relating to the issuance of these bonds shall be necessary, except such as is required by this Chapter. Any publication prescribed hereby may be made in any newspaper conforming to the terms of this Chapter without regard to designation thereof as the official journal of the subdivision.
