RS 39:1128 - Penalty for violations Any willful failure or neglect to comply with the requirements of this Chapter, or its willful violation by any officer, agent or employee of any subdivision herein defined, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars, or not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, with or without hard labor, or by both fine and imprisonment.
