RS 39:1176 - Form of certificates The certificates of indebtedness shall be executed and signed by the president and secretary or clerk of the parish governing body or school board, or by the mayor and secretary or clerk of the municipal corporation issuing them, or by other officials whose positions correspond to those mentioned. The interest shall be evidenced by coupons bearing facsimiles of the signatures of the above officials and the certificates shall be negotiable.
