RS 39:133 - Receipt and deposit of federal funds Pursuant to Section 9(A) of Article VII of the Constitution of Louisiana and except as otherwise provided therein, all federal funds shall be deposited in the state treasury upon receipt by any state agency. Such funds shall be withdrawn only pursuant to appropriation by the legislature as provided in this Part. Detailed and accurate accounting records shall be maintained for such federal funds.
