RS 39:1332 - Definitions For the purposes of this Chapter: (1) 'Licensing agency' shall mean any agency transferred as provided in R.S. 36:803. (2) 'Committee' shall mean the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Acts 1989, No. 751, §2, eff. July 8, 1989.
