RS 39:1334 - Preparation of proposed budgets A. Each licensing agency shall annually prepare a comprehensive budget presenting a complete financial plan for the ensuing fiscal year. B. The chief executive or administrative officer of the licensing agency or, in the absence of such positions, the equivalent thereof shall be responsible for preparation of the proposed budget.
