RS 39:1335 - Submission of budget Not later than the first day of January in each year, each licensing agency shall submit a copy of its proposed budget for the ensuing fiscal year to the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget, to each chairman of a standing committee of the legislature having jurisdiction as listed in R.S. 49:966, to the legislative auditor, and to the legislative fiscal office.
