RS 39:142 - Duties of state agencies State agencies shall be responsible for submitting data for planning purposes, upon request by the office of telecommunications management. State agencies shall be responsible for establishing and exercising cost control measures regarding usage of telecommunications systems and telecommunications services within the agency itself.
