RS 39:1448 - Additional security Refunding bonds issued under this Chapter may be secured additionally by credit enhancement devices, the cost of which, upon a finding of benefit therefrom by the governing body of the issuer, may be paid from the proceeds of the refunding bonds or other lawfully available funds. The refunding bonds may also be secured by a trust agreement or trust indenture by and between the issuer and one or more corporate trustees. Acts 1984, No. 352, §1, eff. July 2, 1984.
