RS 39:1453 - Use of proceeds of refunding bonds The proceeds of the sale of any refunding bonds shall be deposited, applied, and disbursed in accordance with the provisions of the resolution or ordinance authorizing the issuance of the refunding bonds. Acts 1984, No. 352, §1, eff. July 2, 1984.
