RS 39:1454 - Refunded bonds not considered outstanding The refunded bonds shall not be considered outstanding for the purpose of debt limitation laws restricting the amount of bonds that may be issued by any issuer. Acts 1984, No. 352, §1, eff. July 2, 1984.
