RS 39:1627 - Modification of contracts The office of state procurement may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations permitting or requiring the insertion in contracts for the procurement of professional, personal, consulting, and social services appropriate clauses to enable the state to effect desired changes and modifications to such contracts.
