RS 39:1628 - Termination of contracts A. The office of state procurement may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations relating to the termination of contracts for the procurement of professional, personal, consulting, and social services for the default of the contractor. B. The office of state procurement is authorized to issue rules and regulations relating to the termination of contracts for the procurement of professional, personal, consulting, and social services for the convenience of the state.
