RS 39:1653 - Exempted items Specifications for supplies, services, or major repairs exempted pursuant to R.S. 39:1572 may be prepared by a purchasing agency in accordance with the provisions of this Part and regulations promulgated hereunder by the head of the governmental body granted authority to promulgate regulations by R.S. 39:1581.
