RS 39:1682 - Exempted departments The secretary who is vested with authority to promulgate regulations by R.S. 39:1581 shall have, within his department, the same authority and responsibilities to review and determine appeals of decisions of the chief procurement officer of his department as are vested in the commissioner of administration by this Subpart.
