RS 39:1793 - Bonds; maximum amount outstanding The total amount of bonds which may be outstanding at any one time under this Chapter shall not exceed three hundred million dollars. Bonds for which money or securities in amounts necessary to pay or redeem the principal, interest, and any redemption premium thereon have been deposited in trust shall not be deemed outstanding for purposes of this Section.
