RS 39:1798.3 - Functions of corporation There is hereby authorized the formation and incorporation of a nonprofit corporation, the purpose of which shall be the financing and acquisition, purchase, construction, renovation, improvement, or expansion of public facilities for lease to the state of Louisiana.
