RS 39:243 - Use of signature machines Any officer required by this Chapter to sign or countersign may, in his discretion, perform the act of signing in person, or by duly authorized agent, and may use, or cause to be used, a signature machine for the purpose of affixing his signature to warrants for the disbursement of monies in behalf of the state.
