RS 39:33.2 - Minimum Foundation Program formula; return to the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education; procedure Prior to approval of the Minimum Foundation Program formula by the legislature, the legislature may, by majority vote of the House of Representatives and the Senate, return the formula adopted by the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education and may recommend to the board an amended formula for consideration by the board and submission to the legislature for approval.
