RS 39:330.2 - Disposal of surplus telecommunications equipment Prior to the disposition of any surplus telecommunications equipment the commissioner of administration first shall contact the director of the Office of Telecommunications Management, who shall have the authority to designate the state agency to which the equipment shall be transferred, or* shall have the authority to determine if the equipment may be disposed of through other methods provided for in this Part.
