RS 39:345 - No warrant without previous appropriation No warrants shall be drawn by the commissioner of administration or be paid by the state treasurer unless the money to pay the warrant has been previously appropriated by the legislature. In addition, the whole amount drawn for or paid under any one head shall not exceed the amount so appropriated for that purpose. Added by Acts 1976, No. 649, §1.
