RS 39:346 - Warrants to be numbered and entered The commissioner of administration or his duly authorized representative shall number progressively all warrants drawn by him on the treasury for the payment of the money during each year, commencing on the first of July and ending on the thirtieth of June, and shall enter each in a special book kept for that purpose, in such manner as to show the number, date, and amount of each warrant, and the name of the person in whose favor and for what purpose drawn.
