RS 39:347 - Reference of decisions to legislature At the request of any interested person who is dissatisfied with the decision of the commissioner of administration on any claim, account, or credit exhibited to him to be audited, adjusted, and settled, the commissioner shall refer his decision, with his reasons therefor, to the legislature without delay.
