RS 39:348 - Certificates of payment Whenever any person indebted to the state on any account whatever presents to the commissioner of administration the state treasurer's receipt for the full payment of the amount due, the commissioner shall furnish the person a certificate signed by him acknowledging that full payment has been made of all demands against him in favor of the state.
