RS 39:350 - Unissued coupons to be destroyed A. The commissioner of administration shall destroy all coupons which have never been issued of bonds that have at any time been issued. This destruction shall take place in the presence of the Ways and Means Committee of the House of Representatives and the Finance Committee of the Senate, or of a subcommittee of those committees, which shall make a careful examination of the coupons before destruction. B. During the interim between regular sessions of the legislature, the commissioner shall keep all coupons of bonds issued, whenever those coupons are not to be issued with bonds, and shall destroy them in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
