RS 39:645 - Applicability The provisions of this Subpart shall be applicable only to the parishes of Lafayette, Vermilion, Acadia, East Baton Rouge, St. Mary, St. Martin, Richland, Caldwell, St. Landry, Catahoula, Concordia, LaSalle, Winn and Ouachita. Acts 1970, No. 101, §5.
