RS 39:99.35 - Exclusive jurisdiction and venue; service of process; bond validation actions The Nineteenth Judicial District Court for the state of Louisiana shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any suit or action of any nature brought by or against the corporation. Any suit or action to determine or contest the validity of bonds of the corporation shall be brought and conducted only in accordance with Louisiana R.S. 13:5121, et seq. Acts 2007, No. 249, §1, eff. July 6, 2007.
