RS 4:10.1 - Capital prize to be awarded Prizes shall be left to the discretion of management; however, capital prize must be given. No operator shall be permitted to display merchandise of any type which is not one of the prizes possible to be won. Each prize shall be marked so that any player may know in advance what is necessary for him to do to win any one of the prizes displayed. No flash display will be permitted.
