RS 4:10.5 - Exemptions The provisions of R.S. 4:10 through 10.6 shall not apply to games operated by volunteers of churches, educational, charitable, eleemosynary, veteran or senior citizen organizations, or associations and civic or nonprofit organizations or associations.
